We built electic motors according to your wishes and needs. Our electric motors meet the highest requirements and are thus unique in their field. Thanks to years of research and precise calculation programs, we are able to design and manufacture electric motors that reach the absolute limit of what is physically possible.
These principles naturally also apply to our conventional motor units. We always ensure exceptionally high quality and special performance.
We develop excellent electric motors that meet every test requirement in the field of e-mobility. In collaboration with our partner ATE, we were able to develop a new type of motor family – the RigBes. New bearing concepts and advanced cooling strategies enable temperatures in the motor elements to be kept below 120 °C under all operating conditions. Bearing temperatures never exceed the 50 °C mark, even at max. speed.
Thanks to their compact size and simple interface structure, the powerful RigBes can be integrated into almost all high-performance test rigs.
Complete e-drive trains: We offer the respective accessories for all our motors. Individual advice and ongoing support are a matter of course for us.
The RigBe 28k-4 is the forefather of all RigBes and has already proven itself in countless test benches since 2019. Its 4-pole motor winding enables easy connection to numerous inverters and makes the complete test stand inexpensive.
If high speed and torque up to 30,000 rpm are required, there is no way around the RigBe 30k-6. The 6-pole motor winding requires inverters with a 1500 Hz output frequency and 16 kHz clock frequency.

2-pole motor winding
By using high-precision spindle bearings, our "power pack" stands out for its exceptional robustness in its speed class. The motor has an oil lubrication system specially developed by us for high-speed applications. This system precisely supplies the spindle bearings with a high-purity, fully synthetic oil. The specially created setup of the motor guarantees maximum running smoothness and low-vibration operation.
